  • Yes! I counsel a lot of different people and work with them where ever they are at on life’s journey.

  • Blue Cross/Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Aetna. You can always check with your specific plan to see if I’m in network, or they have out of network benefits.

  • There’s no set time. One great aspect of a people is that they are all unique. I like to say that I develop a different therapy for each person I see. This process develops as you take this journey, and ends when both me and my client agree that we have accomplished what we’ve set out to accomplish.

  • I began working in the field in 1998 in a residential treatment center for children 8-18. Following this experience, I worked in a school, then transitioned to outpatient hospital work for approximately 7 years, working with teens and family therapy.

    I’ve been in private practice since 2004 and enjoy it immensely.

  • I get really excited to work with married couples. I work with a myriad of marital challenges from affair recovery, conflict resolution and building of emotional intimacy.

    I also work with mood disorders like depression and anxiety, and a lot more.

    I love to primarily work with adults and young adult clients to help grow in these areas of life.

  • Just like going to your medical doctor, there is typically a client responsibility. What you owe for counseling will be based on your deductible amount, copay, and/or coinsurance. It is a good idea to call your insurance company to see what they will cover prior to your first session.

  • First session: 90791 (Diagnostic Interview)

    Following sessions: 90837 (50 minute Individual therapy session)

    Telehealth session: 90837-95 (50 minute telehealth individual therapy session)
